telephone / online support, annual site visit to check on updates and
antivirus, Carbonite backup subscription, monthly remote
maintenance and monitoring of main computer. |

| On-Site Labor Rate |
$160/hr for home and charitable
organizations; $190/hr for business.
1-hour minimum, rounded up to the nearest half-hour.
One-way travel time to your location is billed for New Canaan and adjacent
towns; round-trip travel time to other locations. |

backup to recover in case up upgrade failure)
