| On-Site Labor Rate |
$100/hr for home and charitable
organizations; $125 for business.
1-hour minimum, rounded up to the nearest half hour.
Travel time to your location is billed. |

$100 for operating system (Windows), Office,

$75 to save and restore first Documents, Email, Address Book, Favorites,
Desktop.
$50 to save and restore each additional user / identity. |
| Full System Backup Service |
$200. Includes system image (up to
50gb) and
Carbonite online backup service for 1 year. |
| Data Backups |
$50 for first DVD, $10 for each additional. |
| Data Recovery (per hard disk) |
$200 and up, depending on type of failure and

| Disposal (fully erase hard drive) |
$25 per computer. Includes disk wipe
